LAUGHTER, SOUND AND CONSCIOUSNESS [LAUGHTER MEDITATION PLAYSHOP]

Join us for this laughter and sound release playshop through guided call and response chanting, internal 'laughtercises’ and playful interaction soundtracked by music. It will include gentle body movement, relaxation and periods of intuitive wisdom and deep stillness. This is an educational, interactive, invigorating, uplifting, and meditative avenue for joy and self-exploration.
